Whilst our car repair work is approved by the vast majority of insurers, there are some that may insist your vehicle be taken to one of their ‘approved’ repairers.

If you contact your insurance company, they may try to get the repairs done at the lowest possible price without caring as much about the quality of the repair as you do. All Insurers have an obligation governed by the FCA to ‘Treat customers fairly’, meaning that you do not need to use your insurance companies favoured establishment and you do not need two estimates.

Courtesy cars are available to customers subject to terms and conditions and advance bookings. We operate a fleet of Class A vehicles all of which are under 2 years old. If you are involved in an accident that was not your fault you may be entitled to a like-for-like replacement vehicle.
